What is Spring?
Spring is online marketing program for local business owners.
What does Spring do for me?
Spring takes care of your business website, Google advertising campaigns, local visibility, and reputation; all for one flat monthly fee.
Does Spring work with my competitors?
Ethically we can’t take on a new client if they are competing with one of our existing ones in the same area. We only work with one business per area. Rest assured if you sign up with us, you don’t have to worry that we’re doing the same thing for your competition.
How do I see what Spring is up to?
You have complete visibility into what we do to market your business. If you’re a client, you can check out all activity – what we’ve done, and upcoming plans in our Client Portal. You can also call your client manager at any time.
What are my payment options?
You will receive a monthly invoice from Flow Simple. You can use any major credit card and pay online. Or mail a check. You can also choose to setup auto-pay.
Who pays for Google Adwords clicks?
You pay for clicks directly with your own Google AdWords account. Whatever the click costs is what it costs you. If you don’t already have a Google Adwords account, we’ll help you get one setup. You set a budget that we’ll manage the campaign to get you the best returns.
Does Spring require any contracts?
Spring is a month to month service. There is no contract or long term obligation. And no paper work.
What if I’m not happy with Spring?
If you are not happy with what you see in the first week of working with us, we will make it right or refund you the entire 1st month’s fee.
Can I cancel Spring?
Yes just call your client manager, or send a short written notice to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will stop charging you from the next billing cycle going forward. (We’re sorry to see you go!)
